part 1: Supply of teletransmission devices and IP telephony devices together with the necessary licenses and the delivery of service packages for the devices offered - PP Szczytna
part 2: Delivery of teletransmission devices and devicesIn the field of IP telephony together with the necessary licenses and the delivery of service packages for the offered devices - KPP Polkowice
Delivery includes factory devices that meet all the minimum requirements specified in connector 2 to PPU. The number of ordered devices and licenses have beenSpecified in the offer form constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and in the connector No. 2 to PPU.
3. The contractor may submit an offer in one or two parts of the proceedings. It is required to submit an offer to the entire range specified in individual parts of the order.
4. Deadline for the contract:90 calendar days from the date of the contract.
5. The contractor is obliged to secure his offer of the bid bond. The amount of the bid bond is:
- for part 1 of the procedure: PLN 1,200.00
- for part 2 of the procedure: PLN 11,000.00
the amount of the bid bond for contractors submitting the offer in all partsThe proceedings are: PLN 12,200.00
6. Order provides for the application of the procedure referred to in art. 139 of the PZP Act, the so -called "Inverted procedure".
7. The permissible changes to the framework agreement are described in chapter XXI SWZ and in § 11 PPU
8. The GDPR information clause was included in the chapter I SWZ.
