- The subject of the order is: sale of thermal energy (heat), distribution and transmission of heat to four public buildings of the Independent Complex of Public Open Health Care Centers Warsaw Praga-Pnoc, i.e.: Specialist Diagnostic Center/Family Clinic Warsaw, ul. Dbrowszczakw 5a, Internal Medicine and Specialist Clinic Warsaw, ul. Jagielloska 34, Family Clinic Warsaw, ul. Otwocka 1, Internal Medicine and Specialist Clinic Warsaw, ul. Radzymiska 101/103. Heat will be supplied via a hot water carrier with variable temperature, using a heating network to a heating node equipped with a model, a p/V flow controller and a weather controller. The p/V flow regulator is owned by Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A. The weather controller is the property of the Ordering Party. Heating network and measurement and billing system installed in the pit heating is owned by Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.
