Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of transplant materials to the University Children's Clinical Hospital. L. Zamenhof in Białystok, ul. J. Washingtona 17, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the order is described in the Offer Form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ

1. Variable-angle anatomical plate for the distal epiphysis of the humerus, ulna and olecranon. Plate for the olecranon. Anatomical reconstruction plate with a shape that reduces contact with the bone, locking and compression, blocked at a variable angle. Condensed holes in the head of the plate with four threaded columns with the possibility of using variable-angle locking screws with a deviation from the axis in each direction of up to 15 degrees, with a diameter of 2.7 mm, with a threaded head or, alternatively, standard cortical screws with a diameter of 2.4 mm. Locking screws with conical thread on the head are screwed in using a 0.8/1.2NM torque screwdriver. There are undercuts on the bottom and sides of the board's shaft to facilitate the modeling of the board. There are also dual-function locking and compression holes on the shaft with the possibility of using a single 3.5mm locking screw or a cortical/spongy screw with a diameter 3.5/4.0mm. The appropriate shape of the holes in the plate allows for inter-fragment compression, and the longitudinal blocking and compression hole enables vertical positioning of the plate.
