Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of various medicinal products, reimbursed medicinal products, foodstuffs for special medical purposes and various medical devices for the needs of Copernicus Podglądleczniczy Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimates quantities are included in the Assortment and Price Form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (parts No. 1-40). The subject of the order specified in parts No. 39 and 40 concerns sales with lending, and in the remaining parts it concerns sales. The offered subject of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301) - if applicable.
The subject of the order must be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) - if applicable. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the order only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party does not impose the requirements referred to in Art. 96 of the Public Procurement Law. In order to submit an offer, the Ordering Party does not expect the Contractor to carry out a visit local or checking the documents necessary to complete the order available on-site at the Ordering Party (Article 131(2)).
