- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of circular and linear staplers to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Os. ZΕota Jesieni 1, Krakow), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to these Specifications.
2. The validity period/warranty period of the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.
3. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor undertakes to conduct training for the Ordering Party's staff at its registered office (Os. ZΕota Jesieni 1, Krakow) together with the first delivery of the goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within the time agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, however no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
3 with signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence to the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date conducting training.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask Contractors to provide samples at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers the offered subject of the order in order to test them and check the technical or professional ability of the Contractor to perform the order. Costs z the Contractor is responsible for this.
6. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification.
