Description:
1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for cars and machines belonging to the District Roads Authority in Otwock in an amount not greater than: a) Unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) 8,000 liters b) Diesel oil (ON) 90,000 liters 2. The fuel must meet the quality requirements specified in the regulation Minister of Economy of December 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels and the requirements of the PN-EN 590 + A1:2017-06 and PN-EN 228 + A1:2017-06 standards; 3. Diesel oil will be used for cars and devices used by the Ordering Party and unleaded gasoline for machines and devices used by the Ordering Party. Refueling will take place directly into the tanks of cars, vehicles, machines and devices. 4. The Supplier must ensure the possibility of refueling from the Supplier's dispenser for at least 11 hours a day, i.e. from 7 a.m. to 18.00, 5. Fuel collection will take place cashless, 6. Due to the impossibility of storing liquid fuels at the Ordering Party's premises, refueling of vehicles and equipment will be carried out successively, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party;7.
