- The subject of the task is the provision of services consisting in servicing applications, support and maintenance and development of ZISZP and maintaining the Atik Oracle license. Divided into parts:
Part 1
1. Range of support and maintenance services and the development of an integrated IT company management system (Zyszp):
1) Support for applications regarding the operation of the Oracle E-Business Suite package as part of the standard software in terms of the database layer and the application layer in accordance with the described website levels,
2) support and maintenance of the modification of the Ziszp system owned by the Ordering Party in accordance with the levels of the website,
3) implementation of the "0" review in the field of hardware and software in terms of quantity, license, functional, performance and ICT security,
4) ensuring the performance of the Ziszp system at the level specified by the Employer under "0" review,
5) performing cyclical inspections, audits and tuning of the Ziszp system,
6) Creating and implementing the modification of the Ziszp system and interfaces to other Ordering Party systems along with the provision of a quality guarantee during the contract. These changes will be settled independently of A flat -rate maintenance fee as part of a personnel pool set out in the contract (1000 personal units).
7) Support for business users (current administration - verification of logs; one clone in a month; uploading environmental corrections; ongoing user support).
