Description:
1. The subject of the order is "Support and strengthening of the analytical capabilities of the Lubusz Police through the supply of specialized Financial Trail and Mercure V5 software, along with technical support for a period of 24 months."
2. Main CPV code: 48000000-8 - software packages and systems computer, additional CPV codes: 72268000-1 - software delivery services
3. The subject of the order consists of the following activities:
a) sale and delivery of software by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the SWZ and its annexes:
a.1 - Delivery of Financial Trail software along with technical support service for a period of 24 months. 2 pcs;
a.2 - Delivery of Mercure V5 software with technical support service for a period of 24 months. 2 pcs.;
b) providing a software license and providing the Ordering Party with the license documents prepared in. by the Contractor in Polish or English on the Subject of the contract, license codes/keys, in accordance with the SWZ and its annexes.
c)conducting software training.
4.The software constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects
5. Detailed description of the requirements regarding the subject of the order, they include Annex No. 4A to SWZ - OPZ regarding Financial Trail and 4B to SWZ - OPZ regarding Mercure V5 to SWZ OPZ.
