Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the support of the Integrated IT system owned by the Employer.
2. The order consists of two parts:
1) Part 1 - System of document circulation and employee portal with elements: presentation of staff information, service of applications (including applications for applications forabsence, ZFŚS, training, employee evaluation, holiday plan, training plan, authorization), own service service, resource reservation,
2) part 2 - KSAT staffing system.They are included in the planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ.Orders are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1D to SWZ. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not requireemployment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
