Osielsko in 2026: divisions real estate, resumption and determination of borders, opinions on demarcation progress, changes in the use of municipal plots, stabilization of border points The subject of the order is the provision of surveying services for the needs of the Osielsko Commune in 2026 in the field of divisions real estate, resumption and determination of boundaries, assessment of the correctness of technical activities in demarcation proceedings, changes in the use of municipal plots and stabilization of border points. The scope of the order includes: 1) Division of real estate, separation, incl. including demarcation in the event that it will be required together with the stabilization of new border points (including staking of old and new borders - a 1m high stake),2) Resumption and determination of borders, including demarcation in the event that it will be required together with the staking of the old and new boundaries (1m high stake),3) Assessment (opinion) of the correctness of technical activities in the demarcation procedure before issuing the approval decision,4) Carrying out the work necessary for the changes use of municipal plots, 5) Stabilization of border points with staking (1m high stakes). The detailed scope and conditions of providing the service are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
