- 1) Partial task No. 1 Establishing the bank line of the Budkowiczanka watercourse from the adjacent lands within the boundaries of plot No. 26, am. 1, located within Murwy, Murw commune, area Opole Voivodeship Opole Voivodeship, and preparation of documentation related to the separation of plots occupied under water pynce based on art. 220 or art. 221 of the Water Law Act. The implementation of the subject of the order is divided into two stages: 1. STAGE I: After completing the implementation of the subject of the order, which constitutes Stage I, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the Ordering Party documentation for legal purposes, including: a) Design of the demarcation of land covered by water from adjacent land approved by the State Water Management Company Wody Polskie (determination of the shore line), b) 6 copies of the design of demarcation of land covered by water waters flowing from adjacent lands with the authority clause referred to in Art. 40 section 3g point 3 of the Act of May 17, 1989, Geodetic and Cartographic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1151, as amended) by the competent Starost, - for documentation performed pursuant to Art. 220 of the Water Law Act, - for documentation prepared in accordance with Art. 221 of the Water Law Act, c) Draft...
