- Task No. 1 Location - plot no. 186/2 with an area of 24.7032 ha, Dobieszewo district, Kcynia commune, NakΕo district. Land and Mortgage Register BY1U/00035876/0. Agricultural property, undeveloped. Local Development Plan: not applicable STUDY: the plot is located in agricultural areas and areas for afforestation. Scope of work: Division of plots No. 186/2, Dobieszewo district, area: 24.7032 hectares will consist in the allocation of three (3) new plots with an area of Part I - 6.7032 ha, Part II - 9.00 ha, Part III - 9.00 ha each - in accordance with the project. The possible need to delimit real estate should be taken into account. Before submitting to the District Office preliminary division design, the Contractor is obliged to submit the preliminary division design to the Ordering Party for approval.
