Description:
Conducting a geodetic division of real estate located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, Szamotuły County, Duszniki Commune, Zakrzewko area, marked as plots No. 167/2 with an area of 0.3000 (division into 5 plots) and 167/3 with an area of 0.3600 ha (divided into 4 plots), recorded in the Land and Mortgage Register No. PO1A/00007829/5. The division is aimed at separating geodetic plots, which will be subject to separate distribution. There is no local development plan for the properties in question. According to the study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the Duszniki commune, plots no. 167/2 and 167/3 constitute single-family residential development areas, service development areas. Decisions on development conditions have been issued for the plots. On December 5, 2023 The Duszniki Commune Council adopted resolution No. LXXXVI/563/23 on proceeding to prepare the General Plan of the commune Duszniki.
