Description:
A brief description of the subject of the contract: Study of the legal status of plot No. 456 rev. Runowo commune Trzcianka. , The above-mentioned plot is part of plot no. 73 with an area of 0.7610, recorded in the former KW Runowo, Volume XIII card 367. In connection with the regulation of property matters, a list of changes in registration data should be prepared, confirmstating that plot no. 456 was created from a part of plot 73. The following should be attached to the examination: - photocopies of documents providing the legal basis and the date of transfer of the property to the State Treasury, specifying the letter in the case of transfer of the property pursuant to section 1 of art. .2 of the Decree of the PKWN of September 6, 1944. aboutcarrying out the agricultural reform (the examination should be accompanied by photocopies of the documents from which the above results arise); - a map of the legal status with the current cadastral map showing changes in ownership of the real estate; - if it is found that plots of land are entered in more than one KW will carry outmortgage division.
