Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the development of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan document, together with carrying out the necessary analyzes and research, as well as the preparation of other strategic and planning documents necessary to achieve the specified goal (in the contract), i.e. possibilities of developing cooperation in the field of shared public transport under the Polish-German TRANSEURO+ project, between partners: the City of Zgorzelec, the City of Grlitz and Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz Niederschleisen GmbH (VON GmbH) Bautzen. 2. The scope of the subject of the order in particular includes: carrying out analyses, developing concepts and strategic and planning documents (divided into individual stages of work), separated in accordance with the list below: 1) Bus tests of filling and ticket structure; 2) Car traffic studies (cordon and screen) and bicycle traffic; 3) Research on ticket prices in public transport, in relation to purchasing power (-potential) in Poland (with particular emphasis on the region);4) Identification of existing transport conditions (regulations) in Zgorzelec and the surrounding communes of the Zgorzelec poviat;5) Ident...
