• Description:
• The subject of the order is the performance of construction and renovation works related to the thermal modernization of warehouse building No. 50 and the thermal modernization of the office and headquarters building No. 53 within the military complex in Warsaw. The Ordering Party divided the order into two parts: Part I: Thermal modernization of warehouse building no. 50 in the military complex in Warsaw, ul. Marsa 110, 04-470 Warszawa., in the following scope: 1. Insulation of the building - insulation of external walls using the slightly wet method; - insulation of jambs external plaster with a polystyrene board; - making a thin-layer plaster of acrylic plaster; - replacing external window sills with window sills made of coated sheet metal; - insulating the plinth with a polystyrene board; - making a thin-layer plaster of mosaic plaster on the plinth; - insulation of foundation walls with extruded polystyrene (XPS); - repair of walls due to cracks - installation of vertical moisture-proof insulation with asphalt-rubber mass - disassembly of the band from the concrete slab and paving stones; - laying the band from the paving stones paving; - disassembly of the steel roof in front of the entrance - installation of the roof in front of the entrance: made of light steel structures, covered with polycarbonate - replacement of galvanized downpipes with new ones made of galvanized sheet; - replacement of gutters made of galvanized sheet with new ones made of galvanized sheet metal; - replacement of galvanized sheet metal flashings with new ones made of galvanized sheet metal; - Removal of steel window grates. 2.
