Description:
1. The subject of the order is the demolition of a building (building of a closed boiler room no. 191 with a water treatment plant) along with a coaling installation, a free-standing steel chimney, technical infrastructure at the building and entanglements. concrete separating the square next to the above-mentioned facilities. The scope of the contract includes the following works: - disconnecting the building from the power grid; - disconnection of the building from the water supply network, sanitary sewage system and rainwater sewage system; -installation of the cable connector with a new one power line; - disassembly of boilers along with accessories and installations; - disassembly of access galleries with stairs and balustrades; -removal of roof vents; -removal of roofing felt from roofing felt; - dismantling insulation from polystyrene boards on the flat roof; - dismantling gutters, downpipes and flat roof sheets; - demolition of ceilings, floors, walls and foundations to the foundation level; -demolition of a wooden warehouse building; - disassembly of the steel flyover with stairs; -demolition of the chimney steel; -demolition of concrete entanglements; - disassembly (non-destructive) of power generators; - filling post-demolition excavations with sand; - hardening the area with crushed aggregate (base compaction test); - laying the square with reinforced concrete slabs (post-construction geodetic inventory); - removal of rubble (Waste Transfer Card or Statement in the case of transfer to a natural person or an organizational unit without legal personality for its own purposes); - removal of...
