Description:
The subject of the order is the execution of construction and renovation works related to the renovation of building no. 61 on the premises of JW. in the town of Przasnysz, in the following scope: 1) Roof renovation: - insulating the flat roof with polystyrene foam laminated on one side (12 cm); - covering the flat roof thermally weldable felt (underlay and surface); - underpinning and raising fire walls together with plastering; - dismantling, renovation and reassembly of roof vents; - flashings made of coated galvanized sheet metal; - cleaning and painting of stairs on roof; 2) Renovation of external walls: - chipping off the plaster in places of burns and filling them with new plaster; - preparing the facade for painting, through minor repairs and cleaning the walls - painting the facade twice; - cleaning and painting the doors external steel windows (5 pcs); 3) Window joinery: - removal of old door frames from the wall and disposal; - installation of aluminum windows with processing of jambs (7 pcs); - installation of PVC windows with processing of jambs (29 pcs); - installation of external window sills from coated sheet metal; 4) Painting inside the building: - preparing the walls for painting by scraping off the old paint, minor repairs and priming; - painting the walls twice with latex paint; - painting the paneling in the staircase; - cleaning and painting steel and wooden internal doors (8 pcs); 5) Lightning protection installation: - installation of vertical air terminals on the walls and horizontal air terminals on the roof; - installation of control connectors in the earthing and lightning protection installation; - installation of...
