Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction and renovation works related to the renovation of building no. 61 on the premises of JW. in the town of Przasnysz, in the following scope: 1) Roof renovation: - insulating the flat roof with polystyrene plaster laminated on one side (12 cm); - covering the flat roof with felt felt heat-welded (underlays and surfaces); - foundation and raising of fire walls together with plastering; - dismantling, renovation and reassembly of roof vents; - flashings made of galvanized coated sheet metal; - cleaning and painting of stairs on the roof; 2) Renovation external walls: - chipping off the plaster in places of burns and supplementing them with new plaster; - preparing the facade for painting, through minor repairs and cleaning the walls - painting the facade twice; - cleaning and painting the external steel doors (5 pcs);3) Window joinery: - removal of old frames from the wall and disposal; - installation of aluminum windows with frame processing (7 pcs); - installation of PVC windows with frame processing (29 pcs); - installation of external window sills made of coated sheet metal; 4) Painting inside the building: - preparing walls for painting by scraping off old paint, minor repairs and priming; - painting twice...
