Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of the gas boiler room in building no. 4 in the military complex at ul. Polish Army in Biaobrzegi near Zegrze, including: - securing the supply of domestic hot water. for the duration of the boiler room renovation;- disassembly of existing devices and installations;- construction works (renovation of the boiler room, replacement of door joinery, removal of old wall and floor coverings, laying of new floor tiles, plastering of walls); - implementation of boiler room technology (installation of boilers, hot water tanks, pipelines, fittings, chimney flues, etc.); - execution of works related to gas, water, sewage and ventilation installations; - execution of electrical, instrumentation and control and control and GAZEX installations; - execution of necessary tests, measurements, tests and checks; - commissioning and commissioning of the boiler room; - management of scrap waste (VAT Invoice and Waste Transfer Card); - management of rubble and insulation waste (Waste Transfer Card); - obtaining formal and legal documents in the form of positive decisions of the Military Technical Supervision.
