Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of an oil boiler room in building no. 3 along with an external central heating reception installation. and domestic hot water in the military complex in Rzucewo. The scope of the works will include: 1) Dismantling existing fittings and materials intended for liquidation. 2) Separating a boiler room and an oil storage room in the building, along with adapting the rooms to the applicable requirements. 3) Construction of oil boiler technology with a capacity of 425 kW. 4)Execution internal installations: central heating, domestic hot water, oil, water and sewage, electricity. 5)Thermal modernization of the building. 6) Construction of a pre-insulated external receiving installation for central heating purposes. and domestic hot water together with pump mixing nodes7) Presentation of the following documents formal and legal, i.e.: - positive decision of the Military Technical Supervision in Gdynia; - positive decision of the Military Center for Preventive Medicine in Gdynia; - as-built geodetic inventory accepted and approved by the Military Center for Geodetic Documentation and Cartography of the District Infrastructure Authority in Gdynia.
