Description:
The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of warehouse buildings no. 18, 19, 26, 27, 28, garage building no. 60 and technical and exploration building no. 61 in the military complex in Gałkówek, province. Łódź Province, including works j/n: − demolition lightning protection system on the roof and walls; − disassembly of flat roof flashings, gutters, downpipes and external window sills; − dismantling of fixed glazing (luxfers); − dismantling of window grilles; − dismantling of garage doors and window and door joinery; − dismantling the existing fender; − dismantling by cutting out the square from concrete with reinforced concrete stairs; − dismantling by cutting out concrete cornices; − renovation of reinforced concrete ramps by peening, leveling and creating an anti-slip surface; − deportation rubble, asphalt, wood, glass and felt for disposal (waste card); − scrap removal and sale in scrap collection centers (invoice, waste card); − vertical moisture insulation of foundation walls with XPS insulation along with laying fiber mesh glass, priming and making mosaic plaster; − installation of a new fender made of paving stones, water drains and slabs; − filling in the missing concrete of structural elements of the buildings; − insulating the building walls, cornices and columns with Styrofoam and jambs, including laying fiberglass mesh, priming and applying silicone plaster; − installation of external window sills made of coated sheet metal; − installation of new window grates; − installation of wooden parapets on...
