A detailed description of the proceedings and the subject of the proceedings is provided in the annexes downloads.2. All types of documents (declarations, applications, notices, information, etc.) are submitted by the Ordering Party/Bidder in electronic form via the eB2B platform, unless the Ordering Party allows another form.3. Replies delivered after the deadline will not be considered.4. Opening the answer and documents sent by the Bidders, each time takes place at the Ordering Party's premises, without the participation of the Bidders.5.
