- Part No. 1 Hairdressing services delivered to the client. The subject of the order is the provision of hairdressing services at home by the client of a person supported by the Ordering Party, in the city of Widnica. CPV code: 98320000-2 Hairdressing and care services beauty Scope of the service provided: - haircut, hair and scalp care, - beard care and the like. The scope of the service is to be tailored to the individual needs of the client/person supported. The estimated number of planned visits with travel to the client is approximately 270 visits. I.e. approximately 18 visits in the period February 2026 - March 2028 x approximately 15 people supported. Date of service: February 2026 - March 2028. In the event of extension of the implementation period of the project no. FEDS.07.10-IP.02-0007/25 entitled Bank of Friendly Hearts in Widnica, The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of extending the provision of the service. A detailed description of the subject matter and terms of execution of the order is included in the draft contract for this task, which is an annex to the Specification of Order Terms. The form of cooperation with the Contractor is a civil contract - legal.
