Description:
1. Order type: delivery.
2. The subject of the order is a system for ultrafast femtosecond time-resolved laser spectroscopy.
3. Delivery includes, among others: costs of transport, delivery, insurance, bringing the equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, setting up and installationtion, connection to the network, commissioning of the subject of the contract, calibration and carrying out trial tests (if the equipment requires it).
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. The contractor is obliged to do sost to be completed (including the name of the device, manufacturer, model, type or other features necessary to clearly identify it; also applies to offering equivalent solutions), signing and attaching Annex No. 3 to the SWZ to the offer, allowing for the compliance of the offered product witho devices with the requirements of the Ordering Party, taking into account any Information for Contractors.
5. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order, warranty terms and payment terms are indicated in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ
6. The ordering party requiresconducting training by the Contractor in the operation of the equipment after its receipt and installation.
6.1 On the date agreed with the Ordering Party, the Contractor will conduct a maximum of 2 days of training (depending on needs) at the Ordering Party's premises for 7 persons indicated by the Ordering Party.
