• 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a spectral cell sorter - 1 piece - for the Department of Preclinical Sciences, Pharmacology and Medical Diagnostics (Laboratory of Cytometry and Cytophysiology) of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. 2. Brief description of the device: Spectral cell sorter enabling the separation of multi-color emission spectra using the so-called "spectral separation algorithms". It enables the separation of very similar emission spectra of fluorochromes, such as FITC and EGFP, or RHOD and Cy5. 3. The subject of the order includes the supply of equipment, assembly, installation, commissioning and instruction, as well as tests and checking the correct operation at the place designated by the Ordering Party at the Ordering Party's headquarters. Place of delivery: University of Technology Wrocławska, building L1, room 57, Na Grobli 15, 50-421 Wrocław. 4.CPV code: 3800000-5 Laboratory, optical and precision equipment (except glassware) 5. All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, activation. 6. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, complete and technically functional. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order, unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary for testing its correct operation after production.
