Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a Raman confocal microscope as part of the project of the Center for Public Security Technology. The order is implemented within the Public Security Technology Center, FEDS.01.01-IZ.00-0003/24. The project is implemented under: European Funds Program for Lower Silesia 2021 - 2027, Priority 1 European Funds for an entrepreneurial Lower Silesia. Action 1.1. Development of scientific units, Type 1.1.A Investments in public development research infrastructure. The equipment to be purchased is necessary to achieve the research objectives planned in the project, i.e. conducting advanced, non-destructive analyzes of the chemical composition and structure of materials, identifying chemical substances, micro- and nanostructural analyzes and imaging of the distribution of chemical components in samples with complex structures. Detailed parameters of the equipment are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found here respectively, in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - OPZ. 3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.CPV code: 38634000-8 Optical microscopes. 5. The deadline for the implementation of the Agreement is up to 5 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but due to the rules of financing the project no later than September 11, 2026.
