• 1. The subject of the order is to equip the Histology and Embryology Laboratory of the Medical Faculty of Wrocław University of Science and Technology with the above-mentioned equipment for making microscopic preparations for teaching purposes: 1) Semi-automatic microtome with a water bath and cooling module - 1 pcs. Brief description of the device: Semi-automatic microtome designed for precise cutting of paraffin blocks into thin histological sections. The set includes a water bath for straightening sections and a cooling module for stabilizing blocks. paraffin before cutting. It enables safe and ergonomic work with histopathological material. 2) Semi-automatic cryostat - 1 pc. Brief description of the device: Semi-automatic cryostat intended for making frozen sections during research intraoperative. It enables the quick preparation of histopathological preparations by freezing, cutting and placing tissues on microscope slides. The device ensures a stable chamber temperature, a precise cutting mechanism and safe conditions work. 3) Two-module sealer, consisting of a heating/main module and a cooling module - 1 pc. Brief description of the device: A device that allows cytological and histological material to be embedded in paraffin.
