• 1. The subject of the order is the retrofitting of the Medical Simulation Center of the Medical Faculty of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (medical equipment simulators) - tasks: -task no. 1 - advanced simulator of endovascular procedures - 1 pc. -task no. 2 - advanced diagnostic and imaging simulator in gynecology and obstetrics - 1 pc. -task no. 3 - advanced diagnostic and imaging simulator in pediatrics - 1 pc. 2. The subject of the order includes delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning and instruction the registered office of the Ordering Party. Place of delivery: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Medicine, building C20 CSM - task no. 1, 2, 3, ul. Hoene-Wrońskiego 13c, 50-376 Wrocław. 3.CPV code: 38970000-5 Research, test and scientific technical simulators. 4.Detailed description subject of the order for Tasks 1-3 is included in Annex No. 3.1 - 3.3 to SWZ - OPZ, respectively. 5. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the template contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. The required deadline for completing the subject of the contract is: task no. 1, 2, 3 - up to 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. 7. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question, if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 8.
