SZP/243-056/2026_Delivery of diagnostic devices (critical parameters analyzer, closed incubator, cardiotocograph) for the Medical Faculty of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology as part of the KPO project - task. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of diagnostic instruments for the Medical Faculty of the University of Technology Wrocławska as part of the KPO project - tasks. Task 1 - Critical parameters analyzer - 1 pc. Task 2 - Closed incubator - 1 pc. Task 3 - Cardiotocograph - 1 pc. 2. The subject of the order includes delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning and instruction at the Ordering Party's headquarters. Place of delivery for Tasks 1 - 3: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Medicine, ul. Hoene-Wrońskiego 13c, 50-376 Wrocław, building C20, CSM. 3. CPV code: 33124100-6 Diagnostic devices 4. The delivered item of the order it must be brand new, complete and technically functional. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order, unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties. 5.
