• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is to provide software subscriptions for the needs of employees, students and doctoral students of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology for the years 2026 - 2029. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - OPZ. 3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.CPV code: 48000000-8 Software packages and systems IT. 5. Required deadline for completing the subject of the contract - the delivery will be carried out within 36 months. The subject of the contract will be made available no later than 14 days from the date of signing the contract. Details regarding the date and conditions of implementation subject of the order are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party envisages the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to him. 7.
