1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of automated spectrophotometer for measuring the parameters of thin-film optical coatings for the K31 Department of Electronic and Photonic Metrology at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.2. CPV code: 38433000-9 Spectrometry3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ OPZ.4. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.5. The subject of the order includes the delivery and installation/assembly of new equipment/device, free from legal and physical defects, described in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, delivering it to the indicated locations in the C-2 building at your own expense, using your own transport, unloading, bringing in, installing and putting into operation in the place designated by the Ordering Party. Installation, commissioning and testing are to be performed by a technical service representative authorized by the spectrometer manufacturer.6.
