• 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a set for the analysis of nucleic acids and proteins for the Department of Preclinical Sciences, Pharmacology and Medical Diagnostics: Purchase of a complete set of devices for the analysis of nucleic acids and proteins, which constitutes the basic system analytical skills are necessary to conduct a wide range of research in the field of molecular biology, molecular diagnostics and immunology. The kit should consist of the following components: 1) RT-QPCR thermal cycler enabling visualization of the PCR reaction during real, carved into interchangeable heating blocks (96-dock, 384-dock, TLDA block), with a detection sensitivity of 1 copy per hour minimum 5 excitation/emission channels.2) Laboratory vortex with adapters for TLDA cards (Taqman Low - 384 Density Dock microflow), with a temperature adjustment range from -10C to 40C, a minimum capacity of 4000 ml and a maximum acceleration of min. 25,000 x g.3) Thermal cycler for the amplification of DNA fragments through the polymerase chain reaction, with a 96-well block equipped with 6 independent thermal zones, the ability to set a gradient up to 30C and a temperature accuracy of 0.25C.4) Complete set...
