The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to failure to use the limit specified in the assortment and quantity list and at the same time guarantees the use of 60% of the contract value.3.
