Description:

The subject of the order is the delivery of a maskless projection photolithography system with equipment, control unit and software, including installation and instructions at the Ordering Party's premises in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) in accordance with Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The device must be new, free from physical defects and meeting the technical requirements referred to in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - OPZ. 2. CPV code: 38500000-03.
