• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a 3D scanner for detecting inaccuracies as part of the "Public Security Technology Center" project. 2. Place of delivery: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Plac Grunwaldzki 11, 50-370 Wrocław, building C-7, room 10a. 3.CPV code: 38520000-6 Scanners, 38500000-0 Inspection and testing equipment The delivered item must be brand new, complete and technically functional. The statement "brand new" means the subject of the order, unused before delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided is included in Annex No. 3 SWZ - OPZ. 5. The required deadline for completing the subject of the contract is: up to 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the measures taken by the Ordering Party intended to finance all or part of the contract, were not awarded. 7. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, a then it will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8.
