• SZP/243-101/2026 Delivery of a set of servers for advanced spatial data analysis as part of the "Public Security Technology Center" project. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of servers for advanced data analytics spatial development as part of the "Public Security Technology Center" project. 2. Place of delivery: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, ul. Na Grobli 15, 50-421 Wrocław, building L-1. 3.CPV code: 48820000-2 - Servers 4.The delivered item must be factory-made new, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order, unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 3 SWZ - OPZ. Detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order, being designed provisions of the public procurement contract, can be found in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. The required deadline for completing the subject of the contract is: up to 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party provides the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 7.
