• Description:
• SZP/243-115/2026 Delivery of accessories for the spectrofluorimeter owned by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology 1. The subject of the order is the supply of accessories for the spectrofluorimeter compatible with the JASCO FP-8550 spectrofluorimeter. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - OPZ. 2. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 3.CPV code: 38433000-9. 4. The deadline for implementing the Agreement is up to 14 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Details regarding the deadline and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. Pursuant to Art. 257 uPzp, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 6. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 1.
