• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a set for testing the impact of near fields as part of the project titled "Public Security Technology Center" No. FEDS.01.01-IZ.00-0003/24. CPV code: 34999100-7 Signal generators 2. Place of delivery: University of Technology Wrocławska, Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications, Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory, ul. Janiszewskiego 11 A, 50-372 Wrocław, building C15. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 SWZ - OPZ. 4. Detailed scope execution of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. Delivery deadline: up to 16 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6.According to art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 7. The Ordering Party anticipates its use the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8.
