Description:
- Task No. 1: delivery of a spectrometer for the UV-VIS range. Special terms of delivery: delivery at the place designated by the Ordering Party (at the Ordering Party's registered office). CPV code: 38540000, 38433000-9 All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk and commissioning are borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the Equipment is packed in individual, non-returnable packaging protecting against damage during transport, and after delivery, he is obliged to prohibits empty safety packaging and recycling of recyclable packaging. Place of delivery: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, ul. Janiszewskiego 11/17, 50-375 Wrocaw, building C-4, room 142. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 3 SWZ OPZ Task No. 1 Appendix 3.1. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the order, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Deadline for completion of the subject of the order is: 8 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement.
