1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an 800 MHz NMR nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscope with a cryoprobe for the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

2 .Brief description of the device: NMR 800 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscope with a cryoprobe and a set of peripheral devices enabling its operation.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - OPZ.
4. Deadline for completing the orderia is - up to 37 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
5. The contractor is obliged to secure his offer with a deposit in the amount of PLN 300,000.00.
The deposit is paid before the deadline for submitting offers.
6. The contractor is bound by the offer from the deadline for submitting offers until April 19, 2024.(60 days).
7.The offer must consist of:
1.the Contractor's offer form - interactive form available on the e-Procurement Platform.
2.the declaration referred to in section VII point 1 SWZ - JEDZ - interactive form available on the e-Procurement Platform
3. declaration referred to in chapter 7th floorkt 1a SWZ - (respectively) Declarations of Annexes No. 5.1 and 5.2 to SWZ;
4. (if applicable) obligation of the entity providing resources referred to in Chapter VII point 3.3 of the SWZ;
