2. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and launch of a scanning electron microscope with the STEM module, EDS and EBSD detector, ion department, micromanipulators for lamellas and necessary preparation preparationsEquipment and software.
3. The scope of the order includes delivery, assembly, installation, launching in the Wrocław University of Technology building in Wrocław. In addition, a minimum of 20 days of application training is required during the first two years in the microscope workplace.
4. A detailed description of the subjectOrders can be found in Annex 3 to SWZ - OPZ.
5. The permanent subject of the contract must be brand new, unpunned at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The "factory new" statement should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, unusedBefore the date of delivery, excluding the use of its correct work after producing. The subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
