Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a Flash liquid chromatograph with a UV ELSD detector and a fraction collector - 1 piece, 2. CPV code: 38432200-4 chromatographs. Delivery of the subject of the order to the address: building A-02 room 125, Wybrzee Wyspiaskiego 28, 29, 50-371 Wrocaw., Order byincludes the supply of equipment, instructions on operation and diagnostics of the supplied equipment in Polish for a minimum of 3 people at the Ordering Party's headquarters., 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 3 Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), 4. . The detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order, which is penvisaged provisions of the public procurement contract, can be found in the contract template - Appendix No. 2 SWZ., 5. The Contractor grants the Ordering Party min. 12 months warranty on the delivery item. The warranty period begins on the day following receipt of the subject of the contract.
