1. The subject of the contract is the adaptation and retrofitting of existing simulation rooms as well as CSM debriefing and management systems for the needs of organizing exams in exams inStandard Objective Structured Clinical Examination (Osce) - 6 positions.
2. Miejsce Delivery: Wrocław University of Technology, ul. Hoene-Wrońskiego 13c, Wrocław, building C-20.
3. Delivery description of the subject of the contract is found respectively in Annex 3 to SWZ-OPZ.Orders, which are the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, are in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
5. The perceived subject of the order must be brand new, unpaid at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. By finding"Factory new" should be understood as the subject of the order, originally packed, unused before the date of delivery, excluding the use of its correct work after producing. The subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects andthird party claims.
6. The required date for the implementation of the subject of the contract is: up to 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
