Construction of the first stage Service building - PWR campus for the needs of the Center for Trusted Information and Telecommunications Systems together with the implementation of elements of technical infrastructure and land development at ul. At the dike in Wrocław.
1. The subject of the contract is construction work in the design and Build for the task Construction of the first stage of the Science Service Building - Campus of the Wrocław University of Technology for the needs of the Center for Trusted Information and Telecommunications Systems together with the implementation of elements of technical infrastructure and land development at ul. On the dike in Wrocław,
based on and to the extent specified in the functional and functional program (hereinafter PFU) constituting Annex 3 to SWZ, including the implementation of project documentation for the above tasks, execution of construction works and performing author's supervision during construction works. Detailed scope of duties The performance of the subject of the contract is in the template of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
1.1. The contract will take place in the stages specified below:
a) stage I - development of a construction project;
b) stage II - development of executive projects;
c) Stage III - implementation of works construction;
d) Stage IV - performing author's supervision.
The investment consists of 4 separate parts implemented on the basis of separate decisions and design studies:
