1. The subject of the order is: delivery of the set Scientific and research apparatus to measure the dynamics of carriers in semiconductors with stimulation of the electron beam to implement the project "Support of green technologies for industry" (No. Feds.oi .01-LZ.O-0004/24), financed under the European Funds program for Lower Silesia 2021-2027.
