Description:
1 Gdaska 13/15 in Wrocław in the design and build2 mode. Subject of the fall intended for implementation in the design system and build will stipulate from two stages: 1) stage I - Development of project documentation together with obtaining necessary opinions, considering and administrative decisions - if they are required, 2) Stage II - construction works based on documentation from stage I.3. The contractor will oblige the project documentation (stage I) to the extent in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contracts, functional and usage program, construction law, subjecting technical conditions, regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology on a detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction robs as well as a functional and use program and arrangements and norms, including art. 6 points 1 of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring access to people with particular needs - Journal of Laws 2012, item 2240 and the arrangements made with the ordering. 4.
