Szp/243-185/2025 Delivery of portable laser analyzers as part of the project entitled "Centrum Public Security Technology ", Agreement No. Feds.01.01-IZ.00-0003/24, implemented by the Wrocław University of Technology-Tasks.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of portable laser analyzers as part of the "Public Security Technology Center", contract number Feds.01.01-IZ.00-0003/24, implemented by the Wrocław University of Technology-tasks.
The subject of the contract includes the installation of equipment in the location and conducting instructions appointed by the Employer in the field of equipment use. The installation of the equipment is understood as physical Folding the equipment at the place of its planned start, connecting equipment to the electrical network, IT networks, databases and any other installations (e.g. gas, compressed air, ventilation, etc.), starting the equipment and conducting its configuration in this respect, which will enable the Employer to start the correct work with the equipment for its intended use and user manual (including correct communication with other devices).
All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, launch and instruction are borne Performer.
