Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a vibration test stand as part of the project entitled "Public Security Technology Center" financed under the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program.
The subject of the order includes delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning, instruction and checking the correct operation in the place designated by the Ordering Party.
All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, commissioning and instruction, are borne by the Contractor.
The Ordering Party declares that the subject of this contract is co-financed was from the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021 - 2027, Priority 1 European Funds for an entrepreneurial Lower Silesia. Action 1.1. Development of scientific units, Type 1.1.A Investments in the development of public research infrastructure.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.
3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the order is included in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ.
