Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service - Implementation of a functional and utility program for the investment called Construction of the complex of Research Centers of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (stage II) along with elements of technical infrastructure and land development after the demolition of the existing buildings at ul. Na Grobli 8, 10 entrance Wroclaw.2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) STAGE I of the contract - development of an architectural concept; 2) STAGE II of the contract - development of a functional and utility program; 3) STAGE III of the contract - support for the Ordering Party at the stage of preparation of the investment implementation in terms of compliance with the FUP, consisting in providing answers to contractors' questions during the procedure for the implementation of design works or investment implementation in the Design and Build system.3. The scope of work includes in detail the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order can be found here in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4.
